One of the best hotels I stayed in Kuala Lumpur. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and they’re was so friendly. The room was so comfy and clean, the bathroom as well. Amazing place with a city view. Best location, just 7 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang street. I love it and I’ll definitely come back again.

The bathroom was so small and soundproofing was not so good, I can hear people chit chat and laugh at 2am in the morning, going in and out with the door keep banging, make our rest was disturbed

My second time staying here and I love the accessibility to all places. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around the hotel in walking distance as there are always jammed around the city center.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, not too spacious but it’s clean and the scent was nice, water pressure of the shower is glorious, love it♥️. They even have drink tap water, definitely will come back.

The wall is very thin and it would be a bad stay if you encounter some noisy guess. During my stay, these people keep talking until 3am, and at 7am they started to bang the door. If you want a good sleep, this hotel is definitely not a good choice. Saw some dust on the water kettle and the faucet. Bed was ok, room is spacious and staffs are friendly, walking distance to TRX (about 10 mins) and Lot 10.

The hotel is clean, the room size is sufficient for 1-2 people without bringing children, the price is quite affordable in Bukit Bintang, but it is quite far from Pavilion Mall and the Bukit Bintang street food area.

Room is clean, a bit crampy for the toilet, staff very professional and friendly. Hotel relatively new, walking distance to shopping area and provide free car park for hotel tenant. Price very reasonable, will definitely come back if in KL.

lovely staff, quick check in and out. In addition, there is a water purifier in the room so we don't need to buy extra bottles of water, very environmentally friendly and convenient. The hotel has just been renovated so the paint smell is still strong.

The shower was great, very powerful. However, the bathroom was small, even though I booked the largest Superior Plus room. The furniture wasn't well-arranged. The pillows were comfortable to sleep on. The lighting was good.

The shower had good water and a strong flow. However, the bathroom was too small. Even though I booked the largest Superior Plus room, the bathroom was still tiny. The furniture was also poorly arranged.

The water from the shower is very good. Because it is very strong when used at any time. The bathroom is too narrow. The arrangement of the furniture in the room is not good. The distance between the wall and the bed is very close. Even though I have bought the largest Superior Plus room type

The room is not too spacious but clean, the bathroom, the hotel area is also clean. The atmosphere is comfortable and the distance to the pavilion is about 400m so you can walk. Only around the hotel there are no minimarkets and places to sell food so you rely more on grab. Overall everything is good 👍🏻
