We really like the location of this hotel which is near to Pasar Seni LRT station and Bus terminal. In addition, this hotel has also a quick and simple checking in process. If you bring family along with you, this hotel might be a good choice since there are a lot of convenience stores nearby. I personally give 4 stars for this hotel. Thanks a lot.

The best hotel to stay at in Chinatown. The entire staff is helpful and always willing to help, making your stay very pleasant. The daily room cleaning is also a 10/10!

Got a room with a large window facing the main road on the left towards the MRT and bus station on the right, Central Market and Kasturi Walk... Good location to bus station and MRT... Good service

No parking provided by hotel. You can park at underground parking in front of the hotel for RM16 per entry. For check in, get ready RM50 cash for deposit because the hotel only accepts cash for deposit. The room is clean and smells good. Lrt pasar Seni only a 1-minute walk.

I requested a 3pm checkout..staff/employees/workers are not happy to enter the room, same as disturbing..the room door can be opened. Even though we have the key from the inside, they like to disturb me. I will never check in again here, sorry.

The room is spacious and quite comfortable. The air conditioning is cold. The bathroom is spacious and the hot shower works well. Got a room with an outside view window. Conveniently located near Central Market and Petaling Street as well as Pasar Seni MRT/LRT station. There is also a bus terminal 50 meters away from the hotel. There is a RM 50 deposit and pay RM 10 for Malaysian hotel tax. TV channels are limited and not smart TV yet. Laundry Self Service and 7-Eleven are not far away. Staff when checking out is a bit less friendly.
