it's always my favorite place to stay. Every time I visit KL, I always stay in this hotel. The staffs are friendly, the room is spacious and cozy, the breakfast is superb and it's close to Bukit Bintang and Berjaya Times Square mall.

Rented an extra bed, but only received two bottles of water. I called reception to ask for more, but no one came. The service was very poor.
The room was clean and spacious.
The water pressure was okay.

Arrived on Saturday at 12 and could check in straight away. Fast and friendly service. Surrounded by many malls and also close to Bukit Bintang. Public transportation access is also close.
