We stayed for a birthday celebration. The hotel was very pleasant, with quick check-in and check-out. We were surprised with room decorations and a cake. Thank you, Ms. Devi and Hedry. It was a pleasure to be served by them and given the birthday surprise. Best of luck to Pullman KLCC.

Everything was good except for the check-in process. I arrived a bit early (around 1:45 pm) and was informed that the room wasn't ready. The counter staff said they would WhatsApp me once it was available. I waited until 2:45 pm but didn't receive any message. Ironically, when I asked around 2:45 pm, the staff told me the room was already ready—they had just forgotten to message me. I ended up wasting an hour waiting.
