I book this hotel for my first visit to Kuala Lumpur for a week. As you know, the hotel is cheap or budget hotel for your needs in KL. So do not expect the luxury (depends what kind of room type you choose) or compare them to five star hotel. This hotel have a good location. They serve Indian food, in my humble opinion, Indian food is not bad as you think. I loves Indian foods. Just try them, and you will taste an authentic flavours. The best things, the hotel located in strategic place, to buy local foods (alor), going to malls (bukit bintang), traditional market (Chinatown) or even pick any public transportation. Seriously, I'm spending only 12rm to the airport by bus.

If you have more budget, you should choose another hotel. It is more worthy to be called a guesthouse, not a 3-star hotel. The smell of the hotel is not fresh. Breakfast is made a la carte (per guest portion) with a very simple menu. Budget breakfast is better to look for another room that is more decent. There is a price for appearance.

The hotel is old and the area is a bit dangerous, the area is dark and a bit rundown

For this price, it's good, it's also clean. And close to everywhere, just walk to Jalan Alor, buy chocolate souvenirs at Mydin only 350 meters from the hotel. Next time I go to KL, I want to stay here again.

The hotel staff was really helpful when my flight was delayed, I should have checked in at noon but I came in the morning the next day and the staff allowed me to enter the room that morning. Room service was also okay, I stayed for 3 nights and every day our room was cleaned and tidied up and refilled drinking bottles if the water ran out, but if you go out it's better to keep your valuables in your bag and lock it. But at that time I kept my laptop on the table, it was safe, no one took it. The facilities are equipped with a hot water kettle, iron and hairdryer, I also used it to dry my shoes and clothes that were exposed to the rain last night. Complete amnesties include soap and shampoo.
