I book this hotel for my first visit to Kuala Lumpur for a week. As you know, the hotel is cheap or budget hotel for your needs in KL. So do not expect the luxury (depends what kind of room type you choose) or compare them to five star hotel. This hotel have a good location. They serve Indian food, in my humble opinion, Indian food is not bad as you think. I loves Indian foods. Just try them, and you will taste an authentic flavours. The best things, the hotel located in strategic place, to buy local foods (alor), going to malls (bukit bintang), traditional market (Chinatown) or even pick any public transportation. Seriously, I'm spending only 12rm to the airport by bus.

Every time I visit Kuala Lumpur, I always try to stay at this hotel. This was my first time in Kuala Lumpur, and from that very first time, the experience was truly memorable.
1. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth and quick.
2. The rooms were clean, and they were cleaned daily at 5 PM upon request. The staff always provided us with drinking water, coffee sachets, sugar, creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a fresh roll of tissues.
3. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Bukit Bintang. Kuala Lumpur's main tourist attractions are within walking distance. The nearest LRT station is Plaza Rakyat.
4. The room rates are commensurate with the amenities provided and the hotel's strategic location.
5. The hotel also has an elevator, which is helpful for those with large suitcases.
6. The hotel's drawbacks are:
a. There's no iron provided; only an ironing board is available on each floor.
b. The hot water in the bathroom isn't very hot.
Hopefully, this hotel can improve its shortcomings. Of course, God willing, if I have the good fortune to go to Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is quite spacious. Easy access. But it's very noisy in the hotel room area. The sound of things falling continuously and the sound of doors being slammed very loudly. And repeatedly. To the point where I can't sleep.

The hotel is located directly across from Pudu Sentral bus station and close to Plaza Rakyat LRT Station. So, transportation is easy.
It's easy to find food around the hotel, even late at night.
However, the room is quite cramped, including the bathroom.

for the staff is quite friendly but not very responsive when asked for help, for the location is very good because it is across from Pudu Sentral and close to everywhere, minus the hard mattress and musty smell both in the hotel hallway and the room. and many parts of the roof are moldy because of humidity. for the price is quite cheap and affordable.

strategic hotel location, access everywhere is close, you can walk, you can take a car/bus, it's also close, just cross the street in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly when we need help, the staff is willing to serve. The service is also satisfying. For those who have a tight budget, this hotel is recommended.

The hotel is located in front of Pudu Sentral Kuala Lumpur. You can walk to tourist centers in KL such as Petaling Street, Central Market, Masjid India, Bukit Bintang, etc. The price is quite cheap for a standard hotel in KL.

Sakura Elite Hotel is strategically located because it is close to Alor Street so it is easy to find food, also close to the bus station, LRT and MRT, good service, the staff is helpful, can leave luggage a day before the check-in date, the room is damp and looks like an old hotel, according to the price.

the front desk was quite helpful, especially when my phone charger wasn't working. they provided a charger for me. the hotel is decent and the location to public transport and some spots is quite convenient. the only thing is that the location was a bit sketchy. and people staying there and outside were a bit weird. lots of homeless and prostitutes around. some guy also followed me back from the mrt to my hotel. probably won't stay around Jalan pudu again.

The hotel is very close to Pudu Sentral, just cross the street. The receptionist can speak Malay. There is an elevator. The facilities are not that great but it is worth the price.
