Good experience staying at Scarletz suites KLCC. The room is so comfy, clean, and what I love the most is I got the city view. The vibe was so amazing. Would love to go back there again someday.

The room is spacious, hot water in bathroom works well, overall quite clean. Very good wifi. Please be mind that they did not clean the room everyday and they don’t have deposit box inside the room.
There’s a minimarket at the hotel lobby, however restaurant options near hotel are limited.
Location is ok, 10-15 minutes walk to Train Station/Suria KLCC/Petronas Twin Tower. Not too close but not that far I would say. However if you are travelling with senior, the best is to commute with taxi/online taxi instead of walking and using train. And if you’re planning to walk from station dragging your luggage— please consider again, bcs the pedestrian is not that smooth, better use taxi.
The check in time is unusual, which is at 3pm (they stated clearly in the booking page). Even if you arrive early, they only allow you to check in at 3pm. Prepare cash for deposit (RM 200) & tax (RM 20/night) and also if you plan to store your luggage there, there’s a RM 5 fee (For my case, this fee was for per storing with 2 medium size luggage).
Other reviewers complained about the waiting time to get the elevator, but in my case I did not experienced that.
Overall me & my husband had a good stay here and would consider to go back again.

Strategic, lots of food on the right and left, can store luggage but I forgot how much. Clean room, all room facilities can be used. There is a deposit. Friendly staff. There is a luggage scale, can be borrowed in the lobby
The swimming pool is nice, city view sees the twin tower klcc. The downside is that during busy hours the elevator is always full so you have to be strategic if you want to get an elevator hehehehe

Overall it was very comfortable to stay here for 3 days. Family and kids friendly. As per the photo. The staff service is good, friendly and responsive. The room is spacious, clean, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, hair dryer, iron, Smart TV with Netflix etc. The facilities include a swimming pool, children's playground, billiards, on the ground floor there is a mini market, ATM, coffee shop and close to the delicious Banyan restaurant which is open from morning for breakfast to lunch and dinner. Next to the Crowne Plaza hotel and close to Suria Mall KLCC.

I really love to stay here! So comfortable, the room is fully equipped with all the facilities that we need, clean, and the view is nice. Definitely would stay here again if I come back to Kuala Lumpur.

Had a wonderful stay at the Scarletz Suitz with my family. The room is spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary utensils, so we could cook or reheat our meals. The bathroom has a nice design as well. Most importantly, it is located at the center of KLCC, so it takes several minutes only to the Twin Towers. Will be back for my next trip for sure!

For complete hotel facilities, clean and according to request. Close access to public transportation, close access to everywhere. Very strategic. For hotel staff, good service, when checking out everything is fast. Only the elevator queue at checkout time is crowded. Early check out is recommended.
