Good experience staying at Scarletz suites KLCC. The room is so comfy, clean, and what I love the most is I got the city view. The vibe was so amazing. Would love to go back there again someday.

The apartment is close if you want to go to KLCC, just take a Grab for 5 minutes to get there, if you walk it's also quite good for those who bring small children and elderly people. The apartment is clean and fragrant, the facilities are complete. But if you want to take the elevator you have to queue. So far so good.

The apartment is beautiful, beautiful, and comfortable. Check-in was easy, and I really enjoyed staying here. There's also a restaurant next to the hotel that serves delicious food.

- Dirty bed even though it has been requested to be changed
- The elevator takes a long time and is often wet because access is combined with visitors who have finished swimming and the staff is not alert to clean it
- The lobby is rather small and no one organizes it so it is piled up
- The staff is not friendly and willing to help even though we are having difficulty opening the door/carrying suitcases
- The hotel's position is quite far from other malls besides KLCC Mall

The location is near KLCC, it's really good and the building is new, some staff are friendly and some are just so-so, but for the size of the stay it's too crowded, there are only 4 elevators while there are so many tourists. so you have to queue to use the elevator, it can even take up to 40 minutes just to wait for the elevator to go up or down. the room is spacious, there is a kitchen set too but when you first enter it also smells bad. the kitchen cupboards are also a bit damp so it causes an unpleasant smell. overall, for the price it is quite cheap.

the room is very comfortable and nice but unfortunately there is no service to clean the room during the 4 night stay. there is no broom facility, for 4 days the trash in the room was not picked up at all. the response is also very slow.

The check-out time was 3 o'clock when checking in, but at 12:30 they knocked on the door and asked you to check out. The staff's attitude was very bad. They had a bad face for 3 days. The hotel facilities were terrible. The room had a smell that directly affected my mood.The staff will not help to solve the problem. The attitude of the security guard is not good. I will not stay here next time.

Scarletz has alwys been my go to, ive been thr countless times, but it seems that they've got too complacent & have not been keeping up with their clealiness.. It gets wrst aft every visit.. Contemplating if i shud give them another chnce..

Overall ok, strategic location, large and comfortable room. However, the staff is not very communicative. The room that should have been cleaned every 3 days until check out, which is 5 days 4 nights, was not cleaned. Even though it was requested at the FO on the 2nd day of stay.
