Absolutely a highly recommended hotel… It is well worth the facilities provided… If I go to KL again, I will definitely stay here again…

I reached the hotel around 12:30 PM. The front desk staff informed me that we could only enter the room by 3 PM, even though the room was ready. To me, this is nonsense. Don't tell me this is the rule; 3 PM check-in is totally unacceptable. All hotels shouldn't follow this ridiculous rule.

I stayed at Sleeping Lion Hotel and found the location very convenient, with plenty of street food options nearby. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. However, the hotel was quite busy during my stay, and I often had to wait a long time for the elevators. The swimming pool is shared by both adults and children, so it was not as relaxing as I had hoped. The reception staff also seemed very busy, and the check-in process felt rushed. There was little explanation about the hotel’s facilities, and guests were simply asked to show their booking details before receiving a room number. I had accidentally booked a twin-bed room even though I was traveling alone. When I asked if it could be changed to a single bed, I was told the hotel was fully booked. While I understand that availability can be limited, I felt that the situation could have been handled with more hospitality and problem-solving. In the end, I requested that the two beds be pushed together so I could sleep more comfortably. Overall, the hotel is a good option because of its cleanliness and excellent location, but there is room for improvement in customer service and guest assistance.

Clean, comfortable, close to Pavilion.

I always stay here when I'm going to the hospital. Unfortunately, the room doesn't seem to have been thoroughly cleaned. Some of our trash still hasn't been thrown away.

One day the room wasn’t cleaned, even though we had put on the cleaning button. It was skipped.

The location is very strategic, surrounded by stalls, restaurants, and fruit shops. It's also close to Pavilion Mall, Fahrenheit Mall, and TRX Mall. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have internet access on the television, so the only option is local broadcasters.

The best hotel in Malaysia so far.

The hotel is located close to Pavilion Bukit Bintang and TRX. Initially worried about the check-in process being long, but it turned out not to be, the check-in process was smooth and fast. There is a tourist tax of 10 RM per night. Our room was quite spacious and the view from the room directly faced the Pavilion street. Cleanliness was good upon arrival, the only downside was that we had turned on the sign to clean the room the next day but until we left our room was not cleaned. And for the bathroom there is only one hanger for clothes and towels. The infinity pool is on the top floor, shared with Axon Apartment. In addition, there are many common spaces and gardens on the 10th and 37th floors that can be used to relax.
