The staff was friendly, but the hairdryer in the room was broken. It took two phone calls before the hairdryer was delivered to the room. The location is very convenient, and check-in and check-out were quick.

First time stay at Sleeping Lion. Great location, we spent 4 nights, easy walk to Pavilion, TRX, Sungai Wang, etc. The hotel is always full, but the staff manage well for the check-in/check-out and people traffic.

We spent three nights here. Although the room is quite small for us, both the room and the hotel in general are very clean. The location is excellent and very walkable. The hotel surroundings are quite nice. The hotel is conveniently located near TRX Mall, so we were able to take our child there to play several times. Highly recommended for first-time visitors to KL with kids like us.

A very strategic hotel in terms of location, very close to the shopping center around Bukit Bintang, easy access to online transportation pick-up. The room size is not too big but comfortable enough to rest with a comfortable mattress. Cons: too crowded, especially for elevator access, it is very crowded and sometimes you have to queue. The lobby is very crowded and it is almost difficult to find a seat to wait.

We stayed at Sleeping Lion Suites KL for Junior Superior King from 24–27 July (4D3N). Unfortunately, we did not have a very comfortable stay. On the first night, we couldn't sleep well because the soundproofing was poor. We could clearly hear guests opening and closing their room doors, and the doors are not soft-closing, so the loud slamming was quite disruptive. The mattress is also quite firm, and we woke up feeling sore the next morning. Another downside was the lift. During peak hours, especially at night, the queue was very long, and we had to wait around 10 minutes for a lift. The room's refrigerator was also not working properly. It wasn't cold at all, and the soya drink we kept inside spoiled. The bathroom design could also be improved. The shower area does not have a full glass enclosure, so water easily splashes onto the bathroom floor. In addition, the toilet paper holder is installed beside the toilet bowl, which I found unhygienic as it could be exposed to splashes. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. However, if you are a deep sleeper and don't mind waiting for the lift during busy periods, it may still be worth considering because the location is excellent and very convenient, with many attractions within walking distance.
