Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant. I truly loved the comfort of the bed and pillows, and the air conditioning was delightfully cool. However, I found the 19 sqm room rather cramped for two people. Additionally, the elevator tended to shake, and there were long queues both at check-in/check-out as well as when waiting for the elevator.

A highly recommended hotel for your KL vacation. Stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. Close to everything. You can walk to Pavilion and Alor. It's really convenient. You can walk anywhere, even to the Twin Towers, through Pavilion Mall.

Clean place, close to food court. Early check-in is convenient.

There is hidden cost about 10RM per nite per room. Guys ada extra charge 10 Ringgit per malam per kamar. The staff so tired coz they never smile.

The check-in and check-out process is fast, even though it's busy, you'll be given a number but the process is fast, you don't have to wait long, the staff are also friendly, for tourists, a hotel tax of 10 Malaysian ringgit is charged, the room is clean and the view is really cool, directly facing the Malaysia Tower and Pavilion Mall is clearly visible and walking distance to Pavilion Mall is close, for those who are hungry at night, you don't need to worry because there are many places to eat near the hotel

All the staff were very helpful. I complained while swimming. Some people were swimming without swimsuits and just swimming straight in. I complained to the lifeguard, who immediately reprimanded me and got me on board. Cool, you have to be firm.

The room is big, nice, clean, close to everywhere and lots of food around it..highly recommended..
