Splendid place to stay. Close to everywhere.

The size is not too big, the lobby is indeed crowded but the queue is neat & you can also self check-out. Yesterday I arrived at the hotel at 11 am, the intention was only to leave my suitcase because the information said check-in starts at 3 pm, but the security told me to queue to check in, if there is an available room you can go straight in; thank God there was a room available so I was able to check in & go straight to the room. The location is very strategic, in Bukit Bintang. You can walk to the MRT & Monorail (10 minutes), close to Pavilion, Lot10, Fahrenheit, culinary destinations such as Mon Chinese Beef, Damascus Kebab, to Alor Street is also still a 15 minute walk maybe. It's easy to find anything. Complete amenities, the room is standard size, okay for two people. The room is also clean, stayed 4 nights and we asked for it to be cleaned every day. There is an iron, hair dryer, and a refrigerator too. The downside yesterday was that the refrigerator in the room seemed broken, so it wasn't cold. But overall, it was still okay. The elevator queue was quite long, but the wait time was still efficient. The Wi-Fi signal was also strong, so my four-night stay was comfortable.

The location is very strategic, so you can walk everywhere. There are many food and shopping options nearby. The room was very comfortable, but the one we chose was a bit small for two children. However, the king-size bed made it very safe. Overall, I was satisfied. If I go to KL, I'll probably stay here again in a larger room, perhaps depending on Traveloka's promotions :)

Although the room is relatively small, it is clean and well maintained. The location is well placed between Pavillion and TRX, which can be within walking distance. Check-in and check-out are fast and seamless. Will stay there again.

All staff from front liners, bell boys, room boys, security are friendly and ready to help.

Good location … near to TRX and Bukit Bintang… Room is clean and comfort but need to improve to prepare the refrigerator as it is not cold (room2003) … while others condition is very ok

I recommend this hotel. Just WOW, within walking distance everywhere. You can go to 3 big shopping malls in KL, then surrounding area lots of foods (halal) .. Pakistan Restaurant and Indian restaurant open 24 hours, just beside hotel they sell fruits .. I love this hotel very much .. I will stay in this hotel again if I go to KL again. Def will go again, coz I haven't try lots of things there .. but the one I did try .. just love it. I don't even have time to try the swimming pool which is recommended to me. Next time def.

stayed on the 35th floor with a view facing TRX mall. the room was quiet, clean and felt new. Amenities were okay, the bed was new and sturdy, and the shower worked perfectly. check-in time was quite crowded, but luckily there was luggage storage so we could come back later. and the best part just a short walk to Pavilion mall and TRX mall

Recommended as it is just about 300 metres walking distance to Pavillion mall. Eventhough room and single bed sizes are considered quite small, as hotel is quite new, everything looks new and clean, i.e., carpet, furnitures. Will return to stay again.
