The hotel is nice. On the right is TRX mall, on the left is Pavilion mall, then outside the hotel all sell food. Wherever you want to go, it's close so you don't need to grab anymore. Happy to stay here.

We found a big cockroach in our room. The queue for the lift was insane. Waited 15 minutes to go down from our room floor to the lobby. 5 lifts to cater 30+ floors, and it always full.

We were staying there during our holiday in Kuala Lumpur. So far all good with this property. The most I like was their gym and sauna. The view at rooftop was breathtaking.

The condition of the hotel is very satisfying, the room is comfortable, the AC and bathroom are functioning well, the room window faces the pavilion, the downside is the queue at check-in and the queue at the elevator.

Really like this hotel 😍 The hotel is close to Pavilion and The Exchange TRX. The staff are also friendly and kind, each room has a prayer mat and iron. The elevator is queued but don't worry, there are staff who will help and the wait is less than 5 minutes. Anyway, if I go to Malaysia again, I will stay here again 🫶🏻
