Nice hotel to stay with nice bedroom and city view. But there are so many guest so you have to take a number for check in, also have to following a long queue fo using the elevator. They have infinity pool on the 37th floor. Bit far from Bukit Bintang main street if you walk and trapped in traffic if using a grab.

Really enjoyed my stay here. this is the first hotel I've visited where the lobby is never empty. Seems like this is one of travelers' favourite hotels, and I can see why. The little downside is that sometimes it can be hard to catch the elevator, especially during check out time and you might need to queue if you came back at night. but for me the good side far overweighted the down side, so all is good.
definitely will stay here again if I visit Kuala Lumpur.

Strategic location, near Bukit Bintang area. Only a small room, the TV can't be used to watch anything at all, the shower partition door can't be closed properly, so you get wet everywhere when you shower. Very crowded with Indonesians, checking in takes a number like at a bank.

Happy to stay at this hotel. it offers a 360 degree of city view, especially beautiful at night. The location is very strategic, near to pavilion mall and sungei wang plaza (the place to buy souvenirs and chocolate). The room are spacious and clean, and it has an infinity pool and a gym.

Strategic location, close to the culinary center, close to the MRT too, even though there is a queue when checking in/out, it is still orderly, (you can also leave your suitcase if you still want to walk around after checking out), it is highly recommended.. ☺️👌👍

Stayed with out 2 kids for 5 days, never been to a hotel this packed before. Lobby situation was so hectic, but the staff managed to gave fast and reliable check in-check out service. The best feature this hotel could offers is super-prime-location, situated just near the heart of bukit bintang, made travelling around so much easier. Also had a minor incident that required first aid response, the staff was very helpful. Will comeback for sure
