The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom area is clean (my first attention is always the wastafel and the towels, they are all clean), the atmosphere is great, the location is special, the rooftop infinity pool is superb! Recommended. Oh, the staff, especially the security and cleaner, are so friendly and helpful.

The best hotel in KL for me. Location was superb. Short walking distance to TRX, Pavilion. Many restaurants, minimarket nearby.
Price was reasonable, good value for money.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was doing a very good job. Toilet and bathroom were very clean. Amenities were complete.
Sleeping Lion would be my hotel whenever I visit KL in the future! I recommended this hotel for everyone!

The view from the room is so beautiful. The room is clean, spacious, and the bathroom also good. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and it is also near the Pavilion.

Fast check in and out. Good service. Cleaning service arrived quickly. All staff are friendly and kind. The location is close to TRX, Grumpy and BB Park, everything is close, great. Will come back to stay here again, really like it.

The check-in and check-out system is fast. There is a luggage storage service. There is a garden on the 10th floor, a swimming pool, and a fitness center on the 37th floor. The view is very beautiful.

This hotel was a great experience. It's clean, comfortable, very close to Pavilion, TRX, and within the bustling Bukit Bintang area, yet still quiet and comfortable for a good night's rest. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about food. We booked two deluxe rooms and requested adjoining rooms, but they weren't. Hopefully, we'll be able to return someday.
