Despite the decent facilities, the hotel management should better train the staff on hospitality manner. Whoever the security who was on guard at the sky pool on 12 June 2025 morning. I came at him asking for a changing room because I wanted to swim. He rudely asked “where’s your shoes?!”. I look around and see most people don’t wear shoes in the swimming area, so I said “my sandals are over there”. Then he yelled, “you have to wear shoes!”
I said I will bring it once I get change to a swimming pants and then proceeded to the changing room. And then he stopped me and yell, “where are you going?!”. I replied “I want to change my clothes to a swimming suit.”
Now he replied “oh I thought you were going for the gym”
All that yelling and he didn’t understand what I requested in the first place.

Definitely will recommend this hotel to my colleagues who’d like to visit KL. Good access to famous places and all the facilities are great. The room is spacious and well-designed. The amenities in the bathroom are complete and good quality. They also received to keep our luggage first bcs we arrived early. Indeed a very good place to stay
