The front staff is really nice and friendly . Spacious room , clean and nice . Beautiful night view from our room. Jln Alor street food and Pavilion mall is only walking distance , The is a money changer just outside the hotel with really fair price . 24 hours mini market is around the hotel.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my four-night stay at this hotel. The hotel is very strategically located, just a short walk away. No need to worry about Grab because everything is close by. Destinations within walking distance from the hotel include Pavilion, Alor Street, Sungei Wang Plaza, LRT Station, KLCC, Aquaria, Hop-On Hop-Off Station, Kunafa Fingers, Mon Chinese Beef, Hainan Che Meng Chicken Rice, Nasi Kandar Hamediyah, Dury Durian, Lot 10, Nasi Lemak Alor Corner, and Damascus. There are also reflexology massage facilities along the road near the hotel, KK Mart, 7-Eleven, a general clinic, and a pharmacy. Pubs are also available nearby. The staff are very friendly and pleasant, always greeting us warmly and always helping us with any difficulties. Before check-in, we could store our suitcases and bags at the hotel for free. I'm quite satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness. I only have a few suggestions. I stayed in room 909 and found small cockroaches near the refrigerator. Perhaps they could spray anti-cockroach spray in the corners in the future. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied. For those staying more than one night, don't forget to leave a message on the message button near the exit door asking whether your room will be cleaned or not. If you don't press the "clean" button, your room won't be cleaned when you leave. If you don't want it cleaned, perhaps because you're worried about valuables in the room, don't forget to turn off the "clean up" button. I'd stay here again if I ever come back to Kuala Lumpur.

The staff is friendly, the location is near to alor street food, MRT bukit bintang, lot 10, pavilion, the room is comfortable, spacious, near by its a lot of reflexiology, bar, pub. Only 1 thing that needs to concern about, there are some small cockroach in the pantry area in the hotel room.

The bedroom is really good and nice but unfortunately there’s some bad experience while Im stay in there, the excalator all of sudden is stop and the staff do nothing, my husband almost got injured. And at 2 PM the room still not available. And why I must reminder your staff to clean up my room?
