Room layout for 2-bedroom is so tight. The kitchen table is small and only got 2 chairs. Better for a smaller shower room and wider kitchen. The bathtub is so big and high, providing difficult access to enter. We just don't use the bathtub anymore these days. It's so old. Compared to Robertson, I wish Swiss Garden owners may enhance its room layout for a better staycation experience.

Say no for this services apartment. Add cost parking RM12/day (not mentioned at booking rules & regulations). We're arrival or check in at 04:00 AM and they gave wrong QR code, no officer can be contacted, no help. Water heater no works, no mineral water. Say no for this hotel apartment.

Every time I go to KL, I definitely choose to stay here because it is close to everywhere, just walk.. just cross the road to Jl Alor, the staff is also helpful, we stayed for 3 nights, the first day the AC in the living room was not working.. we were immediately moved to another room.. thank you to the staff who are also friendly.

The rooms are spacious for families, close to everywhere to Alor, just cross the road, to Petaling Street, if you want to walk, you can also just walk, but it's quite a distance, but if it's busy, it doesn't feel like it 😄
