Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful, the property are near to city centre walkable to famous food area Jalan Alor and Pavillion, definitely will back again for my next visit😊

If it's managed by Maple, it's no problem, it's safer than self check in/out, you can also ask for a cleaning room. The location is close to everywhere.

Stayed here on April 24-28, 2025 while on vacation in Kuala Lumpur. The rental price is very affordable, unexpectedly the unit is really cool. Amazing! Wrote a note when ordering asking for a good view facing the KL Tower and Petronas Towers, was given the North Tower Unit Floor 40 Unit No. 7, really satisfied, no regrets at all. We deliberately share the photo. The unit is large, clean, full AC and water heater, fully furnished, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, WIFI, everything is complete. Easy access, the surrounding area is nice, there are many places to eat and close to the Pudu Sentral terminal and Jalan Alor, to Petaling and to souvenir places such as Mydin and Central Market can also be walked. Anyway, this is highly RECOMMENDED !!!! COMFORTABLE AND SATISFACTORY !!!

If managed by Maple, you can take it, bro, they have a receptionist so there is no self check in/check out. There is a deposit, but it's okay, it will be refunded when we check out.

for the receptionist is good like a guest who is welcomed because it is texted via WA before arrival, easy and no long queues. The room is quite spacious, suitable for those who bring family. complete facilities and the staff are quick and friendly when asked how to use the washing machine and electric stove. it's just that the swimming pool is a bit difficult to access because there are rules, you must wear a swimsuit, wearing shorts / briefs or singlets are not allowed to swim. as a result, I didn't swim because I couldn't accompany the children swimming (only the children had swimsuits, the parents didn't have any) 😁

fast check in-out process & need deposit RM 150. close to food places and public transport. what needs to be remembered if staying more than 1 day there is no room cleaning & towel replacement etc. there are also no mineral bottles. but cooking equipment, washing machine etc are fully available.
