The room is clean and good for one night stay to catch your next early morning flight. The receptionist also helped us to arrange a taxi to the KLIA. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Though the room was small, but it's just enough and clean. The bedsheet was clean and smelled good. The bathroom was clean and had good ventilation. The food from restaurant "MAKAN" was delicious with various choices of food and drinks. They also provide us with a shuttle bus from Tune Hotel KLIA2 to Tune Hotel Aeropolis. Don't forget to list your name at the reception before using the free shuttle. Magnificent experience I've got. Thank you Tune Hotel - Thank you app. Good price - good value.

Tune klia 2 to Tune Aero shuttle bus is most on time. The hotel is close to the airport so no additional costs are needed.

The room was so small, very small space to put the luggage. My closet was clogged, so the "dump" cannot go in when I flush. I asked for hot water to the receptionist, and was told that there will be someone bring a jar of hot water to my room. After a long time wait, the person only came with 2 bottles of mineral water and when I said that I need hot water, he said to take it in the lobby by myself.

The hotel is a good option for one night, when you have another flight the next day. However, it is extremely noisy and tight. I could not sleep well. The shuttle is available every 2 hours and it is not very well explained in the app. I had to contact the hotel support chat on their own website to get detailed information.

The only good thing about this hotel is the distance to the airport. The rest, not so good.
First, the room. For the amenities, we are only given towels, shower gel and shampoo only. Toothpaste and toothbrush? They do not provide it to you; you have to pay RM16 for 1 set of toothpaste and toothbrush. Cupboards? None! The bed? The pillow is not good at all, the mattress is very stiff, as if we're sleeping on a piece of cardboard; it's painful. Window? It's facing the corridor, so remember to close the curtains or else your privacy will be exposed.
Second, the service. Generally okay but they are super slow with the room service. I witnessed someone requested for a bottle of water but they never sent it to the room, so the room occupant had to reach out the receptionist at the front desk to ask for it. Even so, they didn't immediately give it to him.

Please avoid this hotel if you are flying from klia terminal 1, as there is no option to go there from the hotel unless you spend on your own minimum RM35 per trip by Grab. Also, the hotel provides the shuttle only to the Tune Hotel which is located at the klia 2 and it's not clearly mentioned on the website. I was even unlucky as they told me the quota has been full so I had to take Grab on my own to go to the terminal to catch my flight.
