bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean location is next to Gleneagles Hospital easy to access to other area only order grab car breakfast is ok with variant menu after all this hotel is superb convenience and worth the price!

Exceeded our expectation, big and spacious room, free sodas and chocolates, awesome view from our room although the room is a bit dimmed and dark. friendly and helpful hotel staff special thanks to Lyka (front office) and Amirul for assisting us specially for recommending places to visit rhru HOHO bus! Great Local food also during breakfast!

Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Spacious rooms, adjacent to Gleneagles Hospital, in the same area as Mansion One and Wellings Pharmacy. There's a minimarket and souvenir shop. Across from Northam Beach, there are plenty of food options.
Prepare cash for a RM100 deposit, which will be refunded upon checkout, and a RM10 tax plus RM3 per night per room.

stay 2d1n..room is spacious, there is a place for prayer, room and toilet cleanliness is satisfactory, water pressure is also satisfactory..only tv channels are not many and not clear, room not sound proof, can hear the sound of the next room..a bit noisy..but everything was good. staff yana at the receptionist is also friendly and very helpful, when checking in and checking out they provide welcome drink..so refreshing 🥰 because at that time the weather outside was very hot..the male staff who was on duty at the concierge was also very friendly..don't remember his name 😅..i wanted to put my bag while the hotel allowed it..when checking out..while going around penang riding a motorcycle.

I smelled cigarette smoke from another room, and when I entered the bathroom, it also smelled of cigarette smoke.
We were given a connecting room.
So, I was very disappointed that the room often smelled of cigarette smoke from the other room.
We really hate smoking.
