bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean location is next to Gleneagles Hospital easy to access to other area only order grab car breakfast is ok with variant menu after all this hotel is superb convenience and worth the price!

My fourth day here, and I don't want to change hotels again. The atmosphere and varied food make me feel at home here. The cleanliness is maintained, and the privacy makes it a pleasure to stay here. The cleanliness of all areas is very well maintained. Keep improving, success!

Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

There was renovations going on in the floor that i stayed at. The smell of the paint was overpowering. Luckily the Duty Manager managed to move us to another floor. However the air condition in the new room was not working well and there was clogged drain in the bathroom. I think the hotel needs to improve the room facilities. But the location is good as most of the time i have to go back and forth to gleneagles hospital and close to Pulau Tikus and Gurney.

I stayed here twice because of the easy access to Gleneagles Hospital. However, this time the room I was given seemed to be rarely used, so it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. No towels or toothbrushes were provided upon check-in, and it was difficult to contact the hotel; I had to call several times before they were given them. My second experience was disappointing.

not a fully pleasant experience as the towels are not clean and has strong bad odour, room’s toilet bowl and bathroom drainage was stucked. most horrible is there was next door guest shouting and knocking door very loud at midnite 2am-4am and no hotel staff came to patrol or control the situation and no security cameras. lfts seems lack of maintenance as i was trapped in one of the lifts when comng down to ground floor.

Location is just right to Gleneagles hospital and Welling pharmacy.
As for the room, there is a lack of adequate lighting.

My first stay here, and I happened to have a beautiful beach view.
The AC wasn't cold enough, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. My last stay on the 8th floor had a leak in front of the door, and many people checked out that same day because the water wasn't working.
