Wyndham Grand Bangsar Kuala Lumpur

My recent stay at this hotel was, overall, a positive experience, and I would definitely consider returning. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, with the staff being both polite and friendly. I even requested a hotel pen, which the front desk officer readily provided without hesitation, a small gesture that speaks volumes about their service. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a highlight, boasting a fantastic bathtub that functioned perfectly, offering a truly relaxing soak. However, there were a couple of disappointments. The towels were not up to par for a 5-star establishment. One towel was simply hanging on the wall hook unfolded, giving the impression it had already been used. Even more concerning was another towel that had a noticeable yellow stain (as in the picture), which was quite off-putting. The pool area was adequate, but the view was rather average, overlooking the highway and LRT line. On the plus side, I appreciated that the pool and gym shared the same convenient closing time of 10:00 PM. The breakfast offered a good variety. Unfortunately, the local favorites I tried, the Nasi Goreng and Keuy Teow Goreng, were rather bland, a common letdown in many hotels. I was also disappointed that Teh Tarik, a Malaysian staple, wasn't on the menu and hope the hotel considers adding it. On a brighter note, their pastries were absolutely delightful and a definite highlight of the dining experience. The hotel's Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well throughout the property, which is always a plus. Despite some issues, the overall experience was great. I would happily will come again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room is nice, got a nice bathtub. But the bed left me with rashes.

Spacious room and good facilities. Close to Pantai Hospital and Mid Valley Mall.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff is attentive and friendly. The only con is the hotel doesn't attach to the nearest LRT station.

Overall good, but the security will not help you if you go with Grab or you're not bringing an expensive car. They try to pretend not seeing you when you check out.

I enjoyed my stay in Wyndham Grand Kuala Lumpur very much. Only 2 issues: 1. Hopefully they will upgrade their TV to smart TV very soon. 2. Fabric sofa need a big clean-up or upgrade. Service of staff, room with bathtub, gym- all good!

Easy check in and the front office is so humble. I like the location and also the king room is clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again if I come to Kuala Lumpur!

The hotel is very beautiful and clean.

My experience in this Hotel was great, the room was spacious.

The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the city view is also pleasing to the eye. Breakfast is overall okay, there is a lot of variety, but the taste is average.

Great stay for my daughter graduation.

Everything is near perfect. Kuddos to the staffs. Hopefully have another chance to stay here again in the future. Keep it up!

Staff is helpful and breakfast so good, the room is clean and easy to hire taxi from and to airport.

The staff and hotel was exceptional! But need to wait for almost 30 minutes if book by traveloka. They say because book by traveloka, they need to key in data by themselves. Overall that was very nice and good hotel for stay.

It's really fun to stay in this hotel.

Convenient and new facilities. Menus don't have sufficient international options.

Just a small complain about the leaking sink in the toilet and internal noise isolation is very bad.
