Great property consistently great food and service.

Lo unico que no nos gusto es que solo tienen musica para los estadonidenses y no tienen variedad de musica. Lo demas estubo excepcional

I chose this property because I’ve been here before 25 years ago and you got a free massage and arts and crafts. Now a couples massage was over $300 arts and crafts start a $20 to make for like a key chain. The main pool look dirty, I don’t eat pork or beef so food choices are limited. The buffet used to be all 3 lunches now it’s only breakfast which to me was the best meal of the day. Most of the restaurants the food is subpar. Day one they make promises and get you to do a timeshare presentation ( oh I mean a membership presentation) and promise you something and since it was my birthday we did it. (To get a free candlelight dinner on the beach with a violinist. Never saw a candle or violinist) The food choices were very minimal and not good plus child portions. I told the sales rep I would like to see the whole complex since it had tripled in size since I had been there. Now if your selling a membership wouldn’t you show the complex , they took us to 2 units . The concierge made promises that we never got once we did the presentation and didn’t buy. The beds are so old we had back aches the whole 6 days and even heard others complain about their backs , people way younger than us and I even had them change the mattress. The beach was unswimable do to the massive amount of seaweed on the beaches. A float in the gift shop was $80.00. We paid extra for a swim up pool that was a joke.. We had water outside our room enough water to wade in.. I definitely would not go back

It was amazing! The sales pitch is a little strong but they are all very helpful, friendly, and kind. We will be back!

Excellent experience, good food and good customer service.

Not so good of a stay sliding door to patio didn’t lock I called front desk 3 times maintenance came and tried to wedge door shut I asked how will I go onto the patio he said I don’t know. Reading light on one side of the bed didn’t work. Phone in restroom hanging off the wall mold was in the crack of jacuzzi tub I asked to be transferred to another room but got denied. Alex at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional

We really enjoy the place, the hospitable staff, all the activitities, the beautiful landscaping, the privacy, the rooms, alcohol selection, all the eating options and all the space. We came back for a second time, became members and plan to visit once or twice a year.

The staff was everywhere and very friendly. The hotel had excellent internal transportation and service was fast. The food was good to excellent and we rarely had to wait for our needs.

What I really loved about this property is the staff everyone is so nice and welcoming. Except for one employee who was on his phone when I was talking to him I just felt ignored because he would just say “a-ha”. Other than that everything was perfect. I can’t wait to go back to this property and spend more days here.

We liked how big it was and how there were golf carts to help us get around. The food was wonderful as well.

The ocean is blocked by a wall and rocks Full of dirty seaweed! Total deceptive advertisement! You cannot go on the beach into water! There are armed guards all over property which is very eerie

I read reviews - ALWAYS! The reviews for this property weren't great. That being said - the reviews are full of crap! This place was AMAZING! We got back last night and wish we were still there. Are there things that could be improved? Of Course! But did any of those things take away from what an awesome trip it was, NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST! Just book it already, you won't regret it!

Very good place to stay for couples

No beach to swim.

Overall an amazing experience! There are a few suggestions 1- the website is not easy and needs a better interactive map 2-a small general store would have been helpful for simple snacks, toiletries, feminine products, etc

Went here for our honeymoon and had a great time. The staff were very helpful and made it really easy to enjoy ourselves. Only issue is the one bartender overserved to the point where a drink was 3/4 alcohol and 1/4 juice.

Absolutely a beautiful resort! The resort is huge. The property is very clean and well kept. I never saw one piece of trash. The resort and rooms are very clean. Food was good— the Marlin Tacos were my favorite! The spa was great! Everyone was nice and we had a wonderful time. The only issue we had was with the safe in our room which kept messing up because it was broken so we had to move rooms a couple days after arriving to resolve the issue. We will be back in the future!!
