The staff were so warm and helpful, the property is in fabulous condition. It was ideal for our family of 2 adults and 1 child. There was so much for kids to do and without the canned / processed feeling of an all-inclusive. We had the best time and hope to go back!

Staying here was absolutely perfect! The beach was beautiful, the view was gorgeous and it was close to everything and everyone we went there for! The staff was so welcoming and absolutely amazing! We will absolutely stay next time we visit.

Hilton Zihuatanejo is an amazing property. We had an ocean view studio. The bedroom was very nice but the jewel was the huge balcony patio with dipping pool. The view was so gorgeous and peaceful. All the staff were so helpful and welcoming. Loved the swim up bar and pool right next to the beach. Several restaurants within short walk and town close enough to walk or take a short taxi ride. Definitely would return to this beautiful hotel resort!!

Hilton Zihuatanejo is an amazing property. We had an ocean view studio. The bedroom was very nice but the jewel was the huge balcony patio with dipping pool. The view was so gorgeous and peaceful. All the staff were so helpful and welcoming. Loved the swim up bar and pool right next to the beach. Several restaurants within short walk and town close enough to walk or take a short taxi ride. Definitely would return to this beautiful hotel resort!!

The rooms are beautiful. The in room amenities are great.
The room had a lot of bugs. They fumigated but it didn’t work. And tons of mosquitos in the room! I was miserable. My belief is because the exterior doors are more like shutter doors and allows all the mosquitos in.
Taxis are an extra 30 pesos. The property is difficult to navigate . The food is just ok. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again

I hope someone at property management sees this and realizes how incredibly valuable a long term amazing staff is to get returning customers. Everyone here was great but the pool staff of David, Eloy, Elvis, and Alfredo are beyond exceptional and the main reason we want to go back. Thank you for taking such good care of us, especially with my mobility issuse.

Staff — excellent. Food — very good. Location — amazing.
But two minor quibbles. 1. Bar closes at 6 — right when I start thinking about a cocktail. There is a space above the reception that is set up like a bar but was never open the two times we stayed there. 2. Rooms are luxurious but there is no glass in the windows/doors so when it is hot (most of the time in Zihuatanejo) you have all the shutters closed for A/C so no view at all.
But we had a lovely time. If you don’t care about a bar and plan to spend all your time poolside or beachside, it’s perfect!

TV in the bedroom of room 103 Need to new fuse, sound will play however picture will not. Air conditioner the bed on the left side is leaking.
