If you are looking for a slice of paradise you will find it at Intercontinental Presidente Cancún! Everything here is amazing and serene, from a white powdery beach, excellent food and drinks, great location, great room accommodations and the best staff and services I have experienced in a long time! Adrian from the front desk, Paulina and Fidel from the concierge desk, Ruben on the beach and every staff altogether at the restaurants and housekeeping are exemplary and absolutely fantastic, thank you! Another huge thank you goes out to Kristel from the Ikal Spa which provided the best massages ever and cannot wait to go back! The atmosphere and environment is by far the most relaxing experience and will appeal to all your senses!

Booked for the best beach on top of the 7 (Playa Tortuga)… it’s been some years so the hotel refurb is nice, as well as improvements across the street for more local/cheap restaurants. Else, dining is soooo expensive at resort.

The breakfast buffet outside next to the beach is beautiful to wake up to every morning. The beach of this hotel area is extremely calm and barely has any waves, I really recommend this place if you’re coming in for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful grounds, lobby, pool and beach area. The hotel itself could do with updating as the rooms look a little dated. I booked a lagoon view and could hear the road on a lower floor but this was rectified by moving to a different room. Breakfast selection was reasonable but could have been improved with a greater selection of hot items. Overall the food in the hotel was good with a nice selection across the restaurants.

I love the beach—it's clean and clear. I checked other nearby properties, but this is a much better beach—white, fine sand with clear water. It's not an all-inclusive resort, but there are plenty of on-site dining options that are very convenient but a little expensive. Breakfast is good, with options for vegetarians. The hotel rooms are like standard hotel rooms, not having a resort feel. The property is nice, but it can use some exterior paint. I recommend staying here for families with kids. The ocean is calmer, great for young kids, pools are shallow,

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous and friendly. I just didn’t like that there is no door or curtain separating the shower area from the toilet area which made the entire bathroom wet and messy. Other than that it was an overall amazing experience staying at the hotel.

The beach at this property was stunning...beautiful white sand, calm crystal clear blue water and plenty of loungers available. I also liked it being quiet, there was no loud music blairing at any time.
The property itself was very nice too. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The hotel was super clean including the rooms. Service was top notch too.
The restaurants are very expensive, especially for people who make Canadian dollars but this reflects prices in Cancun in general.
The kids club seemed like an after thought rather than a feauture of the property as it was empty when I visited and there was supposed to be planned activities for the kids.
