A beautiful boutique hotel close to the museums and restaurants in the quiet location in Polanco.
We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only one thing it could be improved is breakfast which was scarce and monotonous.

Breakfast is included in the price, but it was very poor. There were few options, the orange juice was spoiled, etc. It would be better not to offer it at all, as it lowers the standard of the hotel—which is otherwise excellent. Fortunately, there are many excellent breakfast options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

This boutique hotel is in a prime location in the upscale Polanco neighborhood. Within walking distance are several shops, restaurants, and art galleries. The property is beautiful and clean, offering 16 spacious, uniquely-furnished rooms. The staff is attentive, often checking in on guests to make sure they are comfortable and have all needed amenities. Breakfast is simple - juices, coffee or tea, cereals, toast and jam, and pieces of fruit. It does not offer prepared hot foods. If what you're looking for is a comfortable stay that is not the usual hotel experience, UTOPIC Campos Eliseos is a great option.
