Air-conditioning doesn't work. Toilet seat in the bathroom doesn't stay up. The mattress is too firm. The lighting in the room very inconvenient. You take the room key from the switch and you're in complete darkness. The maintenance people are not always readily available.

Great location really close to the main attractions and the medina plus couple of minutes away from the train station. The team is really nice especially Zouhair at the bar. The room are a bit basic no amenities inside the room but overall good place to stay in Rabat

This property was in a good location, just next to the train station and walking distance to some shops and cafes. I did all to the mall as well. The staff were very friendly and even helped me to call a salon to make an appointment. The bar tenders and servers were all amazing as well. The breakfast, while abundant was not great. The aircon in the room didn’t work. I did not complain but if it was ANY warmer it would have been a massive issue. All in id stay again.
