Beautiful decor and aesthetic throughout the hotel; from the lobby to the rooms, the breakfast area, and even the bathrooms. The rooms were super clean, and anything we needed was provided quickly and efficiently, like an iron and ironing board and extra blankets. Our party had an early flight that was delayed significantly, multiple times coming from England. We still arrived before check-in time and had originally planned to have our bags checked ahead of time at the hotel. The front desk concierge noticed we had a long journey and called up to housekeeping and asked to have rooms available for us right away, since we were tired and had a canal boat tour reservation within the hour of arriving. The staff made it happen without any hassle. We had also booked a room with panoramic window views but were actually put into a superior room instead, and didn’t realize it until our last day. When we brought it to their attention, there was no fuss or issues at all, the staff was gracious, kind, and supportive, and gave us a refund for the price difference with no questions asked. The breakfast bar was perfect! All the things you could want, and more! Plus they have a menu as well in which you can order from. I highly recommend this hotel; the location is central to the majority of museums, canal tours, and even a nearby outdoor market. Also super family friendly. Great for couple, friend etc.

This should be a great hotel, but it is not well kept, managers are not responsive and house-keeping needs to be overhauled. Location, canal view, and hotel rooms layouts are great! We had two rooms for a week. Every day was an issue with housekeeping. There was no operating espresso machine and no refunds for 4 oz of hot milk at $4.50 euros a shot. Breakfast is overpriced and not interesting. Lobby carpet is stained and dirty. Managers offer a towel or coffee pod for in-room espresso maker but do not care to address customer frustration with chronic problems.

Such a wonderful day! I am a picky person... The views and air-conditioning in the hotel are incredible. The location, great and the breakfast so good! We were there for five days with our grandchildren, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, we will be back!

Smell from the bathroom sink / water was terrible - like sewer - and not fixed. Asked for queen bed and despite confirmation at check-in at 1pm we got two single beds when we came to the room later on at 8pm - went in the city due to strict 3pm room availability. Paid 800 eur for two nights (2 adults and one kid) and 134 eur at parking recommended by hotel. No apology offered for anything. Really not worth it.
