This hotel pleasantly surprised us! The room was spacious and clean with fresh bedding and towels. It had most essential amenities (dryer, fan, vanity, closet, safe). The location was absolutely perfect - walking distance to the central station, nearby restaurants, attractions, bars. We walked to and from most places and it was very safe and convenient, especially as female travelers. We were able to check in 2 hours early with ease. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating - even at 4am when we ordered some food and they received it and delivered it to our room. Access to the hotel was 24/7. Would highly recommend!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was close to many popular sights in Amsterdam. The rooms were clean and functional. I would stay there again.

Clean and tidy rooms but very small and no kettle to make a drink with, this forces you to go down to the hotel bar where you can purchase a teabag and water for €4.50 and very overpriced food The location was good as central but the downside of this was the rooms were very noisy, trams outside beeping until the early hours, luggage being clunked up and down the stairs all night and the hotel doors slamming shut then the scraping of the bars metal tables and chairs being moved outside. If you’re happy to have no sleep then stay here

Hotel is near Amsterdam palace, shopping areas, Dam square and the Red Light District. Hotel has a lovely restaurant beneath it where we had dinner one evening. Hotel felt safe and quiet. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel, restaurant and hotel room were clean. One thing negative was, when we arrived we noticed the shower head was broken so couldn’t attach to metal pole and water sprayed in different places to just the holes on shower head - this made showering for myself and my Mum difficult. We let the staff know when we checked out that we were not happy about this and that we also wanted it fixed for the next guests. Apart from that, our stay was fine. Thank you.

Hostel style priced like a normal hotel! Stayed in a attic tiny room with extremely! steep stairs and no elevator. No ac or heating. No soundprooofing. 1 teeny tiny pillow. Could barely turn around in the bathroom. Hair dryer did not work. Partying, yelling, and other loud noises non-stop all night. Only plus was nice staff and the fact that it was close to the center. Hostel style room but priced at $150/nt which is ridiculous! Stairs are a total safety hazard. No luggage storage, check in is at the restaurant and no front desk.

Great value for money small hotel with 8am-late bar & restaurant below. Great location in city centre, close to Nieuwe Kierk, Damrak and Royal Palace, easy walk from Centraal Station. Rooms clean, warm, comfortable and well-designed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recommend.

Great location, staff were very friendly, but the room was right at the top of five flights of stairs, very impractical to climb… narrow staircase and difficult with suitcase! No drinks available in room.. very basic.

One of the reasons I reserved this hotel was because they have the service of luggage storage. I arrived some hours earlier of the check in and they did not accept my luggage. Also, the restroom of our room smell really bad since we arrived.
