Amazing staff and great options for transportation nearby. I had a lovely stay here for the second time.

Clean rooms, kitchenette had everything you could needed. Very pleasant stay!

This has been our second stay at Hotel2Stay and it was as amazing as the first, the room was lovely, the staff were amazing and it's such a lovely location being so close to the train station. Will definitely be returning soon

It's quiet. Having a kitchenette in the room is convenient. It's close to Sloterdijk station, halfway between the airport and the city centre.

Perfect stay, brilliant location right next to railway. Room big and spacious, friendly staff would definitely recommend.

The hotel was simply perfect, great price, very good transport links and the members of staff were extremely helpful. The hotel and our hotel room was very clean too which is a major positive. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back when in Dam!

The hotel is okay but the adam lookout is no value for money - you don’t get a balcony just a section on the rooftop terrace, the bathroom is tiny, the room is extremely dusty, there is no window just the balcony door which is extremely hard to open due to the size and weight of it and you have to step up a large step and if you open it everyone on the rooftop terrace can see you. There was construction outside the balcony/on the terrace at as early as 8am. Our safe was broken, the blinds in the adam favourite are cheap and let in loads of light, the room is also cheaply designed with the exterior made out of glass (also cracked in some places and filthy on the outside) and the inside has some cheap almost cardboard cladding and we mentioned all this to the desk as well as emailing and we have had no response. the tourist tax is also higher than what they say on hotels.com. overall if we didn’t pay extra for a room with the hotel and we just had a basic room with a window and a normal size bathroom we would be satisfied as the hotel is okay and it is only 5 mins on the train to centraal however i feel we were missold the room and now we are being ignored

Everything was fine. A couple of times the beds weren’t really made just sheets straightened out and bathroom wasn’t swept. This wouldn’t prevent me from staying again as the staff and location were good.

Staff were great, very helpful and accessible! The hotel was spacious, clean and had many amenities that were useful including a small kitchen in the room, a gym and rooftop terrace perfect for resting. It is also conveniently located right next to a transit station that was accessible and easy to navigate!

The bed was superking so that was a nice treat! But not all rooms are air conditioned. We were in a standard room and quite warm during our stay. The kitchen in the room was fantastic, it had everything we needed and they give you a cleaning kit too! The bathroom was nice and clean but had no shelves, so there wasn’t anywhere to put your wash bag or place your shower bottles anywhere in the shower. The location of the hotel was fantastic! It’s one stop away from Amsterdam central, it only takes 10 mins to get into the centre and there’s a large tram stop and bus station very close as well! I only had 2 grievances, firstly when we arrived the sheets were clearly laundered, but there were 2 hairs on the pillows, which personally does gross me out. Then when we were leaving we returned to grab our luggage to catch our train but there was a huge queue for the reception desk. We had to stand around for about 20 minutes before we could get our bags, which meant we almost missed our train.

Lovely lobby and amenities! Room was exactly like the photos and was very clean. If you need to be making food like we did, the kitchen was great. The only thing I'll say is that the microwave/oven wasn't that strong power wise. The room is also temperature controlled so it was nice and cool during the heat wave. Easy to access city center by a 5 minute ride by train! Other than that, easy check in and out with the friendly and helpful staff! Fair warning-100 euro deposit is taken upon check in but that is stated prior to booking the room and given back when checking out.

Excellent location, can get bus, tram or train to anywhere!! Jumbo supermarket nearby to get your groceries as the rooms have cooking facilities. Felt safe and secure. Good bike rental rates. And the water at reception is the best I’ve ever had!! Rooms are clean but bedding only gets changed every 4 days if you are staying less than a week. So if you are hypoallergenic I would add a note to ur booking. Fantastic hotel. I will be back here if I return to Amsterdam again. Used to stay at the urban lodge nearby but this is a far superior choice for the same if not lesser price!

On avait parfois l’impression de déranger le personnel de la réception qui parlait entre elles le soir.

It took 20 minutes to check in which from my vast experience of hotels is an extremely long time. The receptionist was quite rude in her demeanour talking to us as if we were stupid. The room temperature at check-in was over 24°. We told the same receptionist who came up to fire a laser gun at the air con system in the ceiling and she insisted it was on. We got a fan and went out for the evening but 4 hours later the room was at the same temperature and the same receptionist insisted it was working….. ok! It stayed the same temperature throughout our stay and the other person in our group had the same issue with her room. We were on the third floor and there is no window safe lock so we did not feel safe at all with the window open as you could quite easily just fall out from three floors up! We didn’t spend much time in the hotel and the other staff seemed quite polite, so maybe it was just bad timing that we got the unhelpful one!! Great location for the station and we were grateful for the water in reception. Would we stay again…. Maybe in winter when the aircon wouldn’t be such an issue

Great location! Convenient to metro and grocery store.

Room great size, kitchenette fully stocked, super close to train station and other places like Holland Casino.

Was the perfect stay for us of a family of 4 with 2 small children. Right beside hub of transportation and exceptionally clean. Will stay here again in the future.

The hotel is very convenient to trams. And trains at sloterdijk.
