ibis budget Amsterdam Airport

Small room, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was big enough for the bed, a shower, sink, small desk, and toilet. Plus a tv on the wall. But that was all I really need out of a room. You had to squeeze by the bed to get to the other side of the room. The breakfast was a great start to my day with an assortment of breads, juices, coffees, and soft boiled eggs and mini pancakes. The airport shuttle was nice as well. Ran every 20 minutes all day.

The room was very clean, a little small but great for a night stay.

We stayed in this hotel the night before we were flying home. The hotel provided free airport shuttle and a buffet breakfast which accommodated flights leaving at all hours of the morning. While close to the airport, airplane noise could NOT be heard. The ibis next door had a variety of choices for dinner and also a small souvenir shop. We appreciated being able to open our room window as the weather was good. Our only struggle was the high perfumed cleaning products that are used which were very strong and would make anyone with perfume allergies unable to stay here.

Breakfast was average, not much choice, but okay. Room was clean, shower 🚿 very good, had trouble with the plug in the basin, water kept running away, again I managed. And the shuttle service was very good.

This was rated over 8 on a scale of 1-10. I honestly don't understand how. I am not a super picky person and I understand that for the price I paid I am not getting a first class experience. With that in mind it would make zero sense for me to complain about the size of the room, which was pretty small, but can accept. What is worth mentioning is that the air conditioning didn't work. It was uncomfortably warm in there. The next night we opened the window and got some relief, but couldn't keep it open because there was no screen and there were mosquitos. Additionally, the sink didn't drain properly, so we had to be very careful not to rinse our mouths into the sink after brushing or it would sit there for hours while it slowly drained. I did not bring any of this to the attention of the staff. I didn't want to bother them and figured there was not much they could do anyway. Maybe I should have and they would have moved me to a different room. They were very nice and polite or other questions I had and also made sure we had the size bed I had paid for, so that was nice. Would I stay again? Maybe. It depends on what else was available when I booked. the location was definitely convenient.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and provided excellent service during my arrival and departure. However, there were a few minor issues in the room, such as the air conditioning not functioning and the wash basin being blocked. So I am not able to provide a 5* review.

Stayed at this location twice on a recent trip. Rooms were basic, but comfortable and quiet. Hotel is convenient to AS airport with regular shuttles. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Would definidtely stay at this hotel again.

Good basic accommodation. The room and hotel were clean. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The shuttle bus is reliable there are about 2 each hour. So you might have to wait. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Thank you Ibis Budget.

Quick easy check in, they offered early check in for 20€ which was perfect because we did get there early. The free shuttle was easy and a great amenity to this hotel.

The hotel is budget, the rooms are clean. However didn't have a great night's sleep. Switched the lights off and the noise from the lights where the bulbs must have been cooling down was loud and constant. Had to try and sleep with the lights on to prevent the noise!

Hotel in general is not well maintained, room was dingy, floor was sandy, additional charge for breakfast was also unexpected. Shuttle service was good.

Clean and comfortable with small room and few amenities. Other than breakfast, dining options are limited to facilities at the Ibis next door. For those on a strict/limited budget, this hotel is adequate.

Basic small room, but clean and quiet, which is what you want in a budget airport Hotel. Recommend you walk across the parking lot to the regular ibis if you are catching the Shuttle to the airport. It picks up those passengers first and then if it's full, it seems to bypass the budget ibis.

Breakfast was quite good. Really good coffee!

It’s a great choice for travelers catching an early flight at Schiphol. The airport shuttles run every 20 minutes, and the place is clean and well-maintained.

The property was perfect. We stayed for six nights and it was so homey and clean and the staff was all amazing. Loved the shuttle and used it almost everyday! My only minor critique would be that the breakfast was pretty simple, mostly breads and it never changed from day to day- would have like to see maybe some scrambled eggs or something different (they did have boiled eggs) but this was the budget inn and it still was very good. Will definitely be staying with Ibis again on our next trip, will just find one a little closer to the city (which they have, we saw many!) HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!
