Fast shuttle to the airport

Convenient but the staff the first night was not very helpful given we wanted to make sure we had the same room both nights and they also would only give us 1 key for the room. The staff the next morning cleared things up- and the stay was fine otherwise.

My stay at the House Ibris was, overall, a relatively good experience. The receptionist was welcoming. The room (double) was clean, except the face basin had some small spots/stains, which they tried to remove without success but it was bearable. I expressed my concerns about the door closures, as every room is noisy when it's closing, which is part disturbing if wanting to sleep at nights/early mornings. There were some banging overhead from neighbouring rooms, which, understandable when people are moving are it this tends to reduce after 23:00 and starts again from about 06:00 perhaps due to people checking out? I included breakfast in my booking and the spread was not bad for selecting. The inclusion of free shuttle services from airport to hotel and reverse (every 20 minutes) is a bonus - the ride takes approximately 15 minutes. There's a bus terminal about 5 - 7 minutes walk from the hotel and can get to Amsterdam town centre in about 20 minutes & there are lots to see and do around the town. However, be mindful of people openly using drugs such as weed, if that's not your thing (not my cuppa). If new to Amsterdam, can ask Reception for a QR code to scan for activities.

Good place to stay and the breakfast was the best part.

It was a nice location close to the airport. there are frequent free trsnsport to and from the airport. very clean and well maitained.

Great buffet, well labeled for dietary restrictions, very clear on what I could eat and not and the hours were long.

First night stay was perfect. Everything you need in a hotel and more. Shuttle to and from airport, Restaurants inside, fitness facilities, work stations and staff were great. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star was second night the hotel was run but 13-15 year olds everywhere. Schools of kids running around, screaming, taking up all the tables and chairs and spaces. Couldn’t get into the gym, restaurants and was unable to work at any of the tables or chairs without having a kid screaming or interrupting any conversation. Would have been nice if the schools or staff could have given them a “quiet” warning as others are staying at hotel as well but didn’t look like they cared. Other then that hotel was perfect

Really enjoy stay in Ibis

Oraganized staff very delightfull place close too Amsterdam and train too provide trans, optional buffet is very delicious. And they don’t ask much , clean building . I really had a good smile … thank you

Very convenient lodging for travelers

Stayed at Ibis Schiphol Amsterdam and overall, I was satisfied with the service. Check in was fast and efficient, I had a very basic room but functional, it was clean but in need of some updates. Breakfast and dinner buffet were in the negative side, these were expensive and the food variety and quality was not even average. The hotel location is very convenient; the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport which is very useful and it runs frequently. I would say for a stay of one or two nights this hotel is a good choice.

Good hotel to stay overnight between connections. Shuttle to and from hotel, nice quiet sleep, decent breakfast.

Nice place to stay. Good price and room and bed were good. Would stay again if I needed an airport hotel for the price. Free airport transfer was great and nearby bus stops made for easy access to Amsterdam.

When checking in, we were assigned a dirty room.

It was good and the staff was kind

Breakfast was great, lots of variety for every taste, good coffee 😁. Clean room, just really small for 3 people. Check in was bumpy as the staff gave us the keys to a room with only a double bed and when I came down to report that they asked if there was really only one bed? Should the ey not know their layout? There was an apology but it did not feel very genuine. Mistakes happen but I felt as if I was bothering them.

Nice amenities and reliable bus to the airport whenever needed.

Nice place with a pleasant pond and bar to relax in the evening. Great facilities and convenient to the airport.

My room air conditioner didn’t work and when I reported it they already knew and didn’t disclose that to me before checking in. They said we left you a fan. It would have been nice to let me know beforehand instead of making that decision for me. Other than that the property and the location was perfect!
