The hotel is perfect for short stay. It's just across the Amsterdam Central, and just next to the restaurants and souvenirs row, in addition to the red district. The room also spacious, has good wifi and big screen TV. If you just have short stay in Amsterdam, this is the perfect choice, as it will save you time to go around places.

What an amazing hotel and staff. We did not get the room we booked . The staff kicked into high gear and showed us other rooms to pick from . It was great view and an outstanding stay

Arrived off cruise ship at 9:00 am and didn’t get a room until 3:00. Checked a few times and noticed other arrivals were getting rooms. We were told that we had a different tier to explain our wait- unacceptable!

Wonderful location in proximity to pretty much everything. Amazing breakfast with superlative staff. One thing to note, check in is at three and they seem to strictly adhere to that time.

Liked the property location, the ambiance, decor and the room, although the room needed some more traveler’s accommodations, like drawers. Also the staff was not very helpful at the check-in. We had to wait for two hours past the checking time to get the room we had booked.

Great location . Close to central station easy to get around on trams or subway. Rooms comfortable but not luxurious. High bath to climb in if older . Would prefer a walk in shower. Thought was expensive for lack of amenities eg pool and sitting area together a group. If location most important great choice!

It was a good location for the touristic activities we wanted to do. The property is beautiful and the staff were nice. For the price paid, I feel like a breakfast should be included. The 30 EURO per person is pretty steep for a breakfast, so we headed outside and found a perfectly lovely alternative for half the price. It was a surprise to find that there were several stair steps into each room. My room had 2 steps up and my Mom’s had 4 steps down from the doorstep to the actual room. This was inconvenient for an 80+ year old with luggage. She also had to walk back up the stairs during the night when needing the toilet. The stairs inside the room was not advertised at booking.
