This was a good hotel. Stayed in an executive double. Plenty space, clean, nespresso machine, big TV, fridge. Breakfast had enough selection to suit a few different nationalities including hot food and was all fresh. We were happy with the location. Great for the city and the trains. Very small amount of noise from station at night but not enough to keep us awake. Would stay again.

The location suited us great as a family stopping in at Utrecht for one night (using the train - the hotel is only a few minutes walk to Utrecht Central Station. You can also walk to the main shopping centre/area within 5 minutes, just watch up for the very fast bikes flying down the bike lanes when crossing them. It was also only a 10 minute walk to Oudegracht. Our room was very clean with a huge walk in shower. I would stay here again

Beautiful, modern, American-like hotel with all the expected American amenities like a working hair dryer, iron and ironing board, hand towels and wash cloths! Very much enjoyed this hotel on our last night in Europe. Stayed because it was close to the train station but there was a strike. The front desk was very helpful in finding us a taxi to the airport. Wonderful place!

My flight was a red eye and I got in around 4am Sunday. Because of this I booked my hotel for Sunday for check in so I didn’t have to wait till 3pm. I tried checking in and they said due to their computer issues they asked me to wait for the manager who was to arrive in 20 min. I didn’t understand this because supposedly the on site manager was sitting there in a chair so not sure why she couldn’t handle the issue. I patiently waited and got breakfast. Two hours passed and then finally ended up checking in to our room. The worst service ever

Nice property but our check in was a mess. We arrived around 1200 and our room wasn’t ready. No problem we checked our luggage, went for a walk and had lunch. Came back at 1400 room still not ready. Sat in lobby. A large group arrived and all got rooms right away. I went to check in asked why they were able to check in but we couldn’t. “Oh, their rooms were ready”. OK we’re here. 2 hours ago, why didn’t you ask housekeeping to make up our room right away! “We don’t do that.”
Meanwhile my wife who had flown in from NA was trying to sleep while the staff were having a loud argument with a customer.
We eventually got our room and they offered free breakfast for the “inconvenience “. This is of course a buffet breakfast so it’s just less food to throw out.
In their defence, a lot of hotels pull this BS.
