Hotel was very clean, nice crisp bed linen, large white towels and room was comfortable. Good breakfast and seemed to cater well for those with allergens. Beware, in May 2026 big building work opposite hotel although this did not interfere with sleep. Great location for rail station and shops.

Desk staff were nice, lounge/bar staff, not as much. We knew there were renovations occurring during our stay ahead of time, which were not disruptive. The only issue was a lingering sewage odor for a couple days throughout the property, including our shower. Not terrible, just mildly unpleasant, but I will attribute it to the work being performed.

Room was good, disappointed with 2 single beds instead of queen/king bed. Think you should have more English TV channels, at the moment it's just CNN. BBC Nordic would be good as well as BBC News. Breakfast was good, but could have done with some veggie sausages or hash browns. Staff were friendly. Room was clean.

From the moment I checked in until I left everything was excellent. Staff were super friendly and the room very well appointed (except those silly fridges… why can’t I have room to place things in the fridge). The one thing I would love to see is an exit from level 1 or is it 2 directly to the train station. Lugging luggage up that ramp was a struggle.

The hotel was great - it seemed to be always busy at reception but well-managed. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is next to the bus and train stations but not linked. Some noise from the works across the road were noted at some points during the day, but we do appreciate the notice provided days before our arrival. The pillows were too soft and didn’t provide any neck support. Just outside the hotel (about 5 steps away from the main entrance) were some sketchy people. There was a man with his backpack on the ground who followed my husband too closely, making us feel unsafe in our first few hours in Oslo. From then on, I made sure I didn’t leave the hotel on my own when it was dark.
