Super friendly staff, nice clean rooms, good breakfast, definitely recommend

The room we stayed in was one of the older un- refurbished ones not the best but it was only for a night. Great location and breakfast for airport bus stop.

Great property, excellent front desk staff, good location for walking to sights. Did not eat breakfast because Expedia did not include this information on my printed reservation sheet which was a big disappointment that I learned about only when checking out! I would stay here again.

Very nice property, great location, room clean, nice beds and linens, small refrigerator, safe, TV and desk in room with bedside outlets to charge electronic devices, good shower water pressure with body and hand wash soap, shampoo and conditioner. Did not try breakfast or restaurant. Definitely would stay here again!

You are paying for location, bus stop to airport right out side the hotel. Rooms on the small side but clean and warm. Very good breakfast, lots of free sweeties. Limited views mainly of inside room windows from your room or alley walled buildings..

The best location with comfortable room and convenient parking.

Hotel was in a great location, right in the middle of old town, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also the airport bus drops you right outside the front door. Breakfast was excellent quality and great selection of hot and cold options. Room had everything you need. Would definitely recommend this hotel

This appears to be the best option in Bergen. Located in a great spot, nice views and a spacious lobby. We stayed in a room that was two floors and loved the high ceilings in the room. The sauna and steam room are very nice too. The hotel has everything you need. The hand shower was a bit of a challenge but perhaps that is common and just something I’m not use to.

Lovely stay in a room overlooking the historic buildings. The bath was great after a few days travelling. Breakfast great choice. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Most interaction with reception staff who were all unfailingly polite, helpful and efficient

Super central hotel !

Rooms were very small and staff was generally unhelpful other than a few kind individuals. The breakfast was great though.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city

Nice hotel and excellent location.

The hotel was excellent and served its purpose as a base for a few days. The overall hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. I want to single out the three staff who worked in the hotel bar on Sunday 5 July. The restaurant was closed. The bar was short staffed and the three people who were working went above and beyond. The bar was full due to the World Cup football match. Customers were lining up to come in, wanting food and drinks and a place to watch the game. The staff accommodated as many as they could. Offered food and drinks and dealt with the overwhelming number of customers, in a professional and friendly manner. I understand that they were short staffed but the two men and one woman didn’t get flustered or upset. They went above and beyond serving way more people than was expected and doing it with a smile on their face. While I am sorry I do not know their names, I hope management review the work roster and provide these people with an official acknowledgment of the work they performed. Thank you.
