X Hotel

No cattle, no phone, no basket in the toilet. When I get out or in the room I have to lock it by card otherwise it’s fully open (so strange style). Additionally Air condition is not functioning well.

A little covenient from the airport; away from the station of Lillestrom station.

The staff was VERY nice and friendly, they knew what they were doing. They spoke good english and helped us with all questions we had. The room on the other hand was a disaster !!! HORRIBLE bed, HORRIBLE pillows, not enough toilet paper and "crap" under the bed. I found a cookie, a whole cookie under the bed, what the hell ??? You are going to have to do better than than !!! We are not coming back to any X-Hotel !!!

It was convenient to have padel around the corner from the hotel. Parking is not free, so be prepared to pay around £10.00 per day for this.

The hotel is fine but they should clearly state the distance between the hotel and car park. Also, proper information should be provided regarding car park fee as I was charged 3 times for leaving and returning. I did enquire about the fee but was told I should pay when I leave and it was for 24 hours. When I attempted to pay the first time I drove out of the car park, the machine prompted if I had just arrived to which I replied "yes". It then said to pay when I was leaving. I assumed it meant when I was checking out of the hotel, which I wasn't doing when I left the first (or second) time.

The Hotel and it's facilities were very good. Staff were exceptional and the restaurant and breakfast service was again very good. The only issue is that it is isolated. The hotel stands on its own. No public transport or shops or civilization within walking distance. It is approx 25 min cab ride to Oslo and 15 min to Lillstrom.

The location of the hotel is remote and does not have adequate restaurant facilities for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was adequate

Clean facility, very friendly staff. No air conditioning at this facility.

The design and setup of the main areas is fun and engaging. We had a great time! The only difficult part was no temperature control in our room which made for difficult sleeping.

Great Location. Parking was not included in the price and they charged us extra for parking. We had an early morning flight so we couldn't do the breakfast. Our breakfast was included in the price. They should have refunded us for that. Overall it was a great experience. I would stay there again.

This place is in the middle of no where. I searched for places close to the airport. After an hour on public transportation with two kids. I found my reservation was booked for the night before. My fault, but they weren’t helpful at all. I had paid over $300 for the room and they said it was out of their hands—no deals, no suggestions. Our kids and the whole family was exhausted from the traveling so we ended up paying for another room since we were in the middle of no where and couldn’t do another hour of public transport. Also, not near the airport. There wasn’t restaurants or anything near and they made a big deal about giving us milk for our kids in the evening, said it was for breakfast. 5 minute walk to get pizza and nothing to do any closer. The room was clean, but this place really closed out our trip to Norway in a bad way. I’m really disappointed with how it all went about. I’m done with Expedia too, as this booking wasn’t showing up in my app and it wasn’t anywhere near the airport. I could have caught the error earlier if it showed up in the app, but I learned my pricey lesson—Moxy Hotel and Expedia don’t care about hospitality.

After many delayed flights I arrive at 2 am I was treated very well. I was happy that I was able to stay in this hotel. The crew was fantastic! I recommend this hotel to anyone!

Not facilities in the room. No kettle, coffee packets, iron etc

Very clean hotel, this hotel is not very close to Oslo city center or the airport. A cab will run you between $60.00 to $90.00 to the airport or Oslo, City Center. Public transportation is available. The hotel is great, and staff is very friendly.

Perfect stay

Hotel is very much targeted at some kind of idea off the younger people, a bit much in this regard. Breakfast is a bit simple, a few "standard things" missing from the room, but nice feature with USB DC takeouts in the walls

Excellent room and facilities, everything first class. The only negative being the significant distance up a steep slope to the car park.

The deal is amazing. The breakfast is stunning good! The location is less ideal. But we drove so it is a lot easier for us.

We arrived after a long travel day. First we were given keys to a room that already had someone else's things in it. We got the room sorted out, but there weren't linens for the second bed and no phone in the room to call for additional linens to be sent up. Not big issues, but when you have tired kids in tow it's quite inconvenient. The staff was very friendly despite being overwhelmed.
