My family and I loved our stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved it here, will definitely be coming back! We loved the view of the Panamá Canal and the Bridge of the Americas (El Puente de las Americas)! I recommend staying here! The Cinta Costera, Isla Perico, the Causeway is nearby as well.

Debido al congreso en el Centro de Convenciones en Amador, el desayuno fue un caos total: demasiada gente! y no tenían capacidad para esta marea de personas que parecían plaga. No había mesa, no había platos, no había cubiertos, no había tazas ni para una taza de café. Poco a poco iban sancando lo que podían de la cocina, pero nada duraba más de 20 segundos antes que desapareciera frente de mis ojos. Recomiendo que si tienen un incremento en la cantidad de húespedes (y ellos lo saben con las reservas!), entonces, POR EL AMOR DE DIOS, prepárense en consecuencia y eviten esta improvisación. De noche, el restaurante cerró a las 10 PM y no alcanzamos a pedir para cenar por llegar algo tarde, y todo está lejos del hotel como para ir a comer algo.

I stayed here 4 nights The hotel is nice good location very friendly staff.what they need to work on is my room had mold on the curtains in the bathroom and you could smell it upon entering the room and I left feeling really sick the first night was ok by the second i started feeling bad,the last two night i spent majority of the night on the porch. I wanted to leave from the second night but I was with my family and didn't want to go back and forth with the hotel and we spent alot time on the road and said I will ride it out. Probably won't stay again but that's just my experience,for someone else probably would be better.

My stay at the Radisson hotel at the canal was an enjoyable one, to be specific the entire front desk staff are greet from all indication here customer service stills are unique ,they are polight ,hospitable, and very attentive especially Nelson Mitre, As to the dinning room staff at breakfast, oh my God those ladies worked tirelessly with a genuine smile, they served from the heart with a passion, Dispute of language differences they made every effort to communicate effectively. Great breakfast every morning, we enjoy it very much. Thank you ladies for feeding us, you all are wonderful. I am ready to book my stay again for December. As to the bus drivers they wear so calm polight and entertaining, we appreciated you both for taking us to the mall everyday To the two managers that I converse with, the I.T. and the quality manager. You both are wonderfully people you're welcoming us, where nice and hospitable with a captivating smile Thanks again to you all for leting us had a wonderfull stayed. Kirk

The staff was friendly, but the rooms was extremely old and there was mold in the room. Additionally, when I did the booking, I asked if it was possible to provide a room with view over the canal. Once I arrived and asked for it, they said no right away, even though there was plenty of rooms available. Which was quite disappointing, especially as it was me and my girlfriend’s last night. The rest of the staff at the hotel was very friendly and had great customer service skills.

It wasn't a horrible stay but I wouldn't stay there again. I'll start with the negatives and finish with the positives. -s The hotel is very dated and looks like it. The sink in my room drained very slowly and the faucet in the tu dropped continuosly. Many of the outlets didn't work. But in all fairness that may have been me. Outlets that didn't work for worked after housekeeping plugged things into them. The location in my opinión wasn't very good. Limited choices of restaurants in walking distance and no shopping. Accept the small shops in the hotel. +s The pool was nice and the jacuzzi was hot. The weight room I thought was exceptional for a hotel weight room. Although the hotel is old it was clean and had no bad smells. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Not the best but pretty good. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
