Quiet! Great staff. wifi would cut off in middle of important teams calls more than once. Not enough room for clothes which is in the bathroom area. Needs a drawer somewhere in room plus better wifi stability. terrific hotel otherwise.

Great stay for short or extended stay. Staffing was very friendly and always very attentive to our needs during our stay. They were able to accommodate us in a little early before check in and greeted us with 2 drinks and warm cookies. Beautiful Hotel

We really didnt need to leave thw hotel unless it was for family reasons or to explore. Staff was great and was really responsive. They do speak english which did help out when i said something wrong in spanish. Would come back again.

No me dejaron que una persona que conocía se quedara en mi habitación un rato alegando motivos de seguridad, y que si se quedaba tendría que pagar cierta cuantía, lo que me lleva a concluir que entonces bajó dinero el problema de seguridad dejaba de existir…

Me fue muy bien lo único fue que llegué a planchar y la máquina de vapor me sacó vapor con algo que me manchó la camisa puse la queja y me arreglaron la camisa pero lógicamente para el evento que tenía no estuvo a tiempo
Y no me pusieron los puntos de honor por mi estadía y en chile siempre me los ponen
