Firstly On arrival for check in almost 2 late .. the next morning required room service at 9am nothing made another request at 6.30pm and waited 2 hour's . The carpet in the room was Disgusting there was BUG'S on the tables. The air-conditioning was like a heater on low heat.. I was abused by a visitor to the Berjaya hotel with a aggressive behavior and threatened in the lobby area.. Quite a few times I found the room wasn't fully serviced from time to time I had to request certain things either towels or request trash bin to be emptyed.. the shower screens had Stains All over.. Apon check out the house keeping checked the room the room was ok but was told that there's 2 small size towels that was dirty and asked me to pay for them I couldn't believe what I was hearing If I was to have a shower and use the towels do I need to keep them clean or Wash them so I won't be charged for them seriously I couldn't believe what I'm hearing it's insane.. the front desk stuff were very rude and always chatting among them self's while waiting to ask someone for what ever I require. In All honesty I've never ever encountered anything like that before from any hotel in the Philippines which I've stayed in over the years by booking through Expedia. Overall THE HOTEL ROOM WAS DISGUSTING Stuff zero helpful Management didn't offer anything for the inconveniences All the manager did was approached me one Mid morning and said I saw your review .. Final words this hotel is not family friendly

The carpet in the hallway and in the room stinks and dirty. The air conditioning remote is opposite of setting. If you put the thermostat on 16 centigrade it’s hot. Put it on 23 too cold. Food sucks no variety. The staff are polite and helpful. We will not go back to this place

the floor carpet was dirty , felt like it was not cleaned in years. even for their most expensive premier studios. the checking was extremely slow, they could not give me a room even until 4:30 PM. the rooms were not very quiet and I could hear outside noise even at floor 24.

Cable was out for whole week. No compensation. Room was somewhat in disrepair

The room is comfortable. Sheets weren't crispy clean but manageable. Tub is not that clean. Service of staff excellent. Hotel needs some maintenance work. Water pressure is horrible. Restaurant is very good. Security is good. Worth the price though. You get what you pay.

Centrally located and very economical, All shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff, Hotel has all basic amenities. The breakfast seems to be repetitive. Only Limited options were available. I suggest this should be changed.
