We had a cancelled flight, but the staffs are very helpful, especially the man in the lobby. I don’t have the chance to get his same. but if you could read this. This accommodation is perfect for couple, the room is very neat and clean. They also cleaned our room and changed our towels even through we didn't request and take note that they did not charge us for that. The staffs are also very accommodating. And what I really love the most is the free breakfast buffet. Perfect! and so yummy 💓 We will surely go back there.

We have a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Food for breakfast was presented in buffet style. All foods taste delicious. My senior parents enjoy the large room with 2 queen beds ( Family room). The Tides Hotel made our Boracay experience awesome! The staff were very nice and greeted us everytime we pass by the lobby! The room was clean and big enough for two. The temperature of the water in the pool is just right!! Loved it! Best part was they gave us 2 cocktail drinks for free! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

The hotel is good also the service, however there is no floor mat inside 🙂 and no wifi in room, the wifi is available only at lobby.

We stayed there for 5 nights and on our first day our room was on the 3rd floor, so we requested for an available room at the ground floor then the front desk arranged a transfer for us on the next day making our stay more convenient, so we don't have to walk on the stairs to the 3rd floor. The staff were really nice and helpful, we asked for extra hangers and they sent them to us quickly, the bellboys were also helpful carrying our heavy luggage. The room was clean and relaxing, we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Casa de boracay is easy access to the station 1 beach which is around 20 to 30 meters away that 's what I like it.

Nice clean room, friendly and accomodating staff. 3-5mins away from the beach. I felt safe and secured during my stay. I will definitely stay here again when I go to boracay.
