Room was a little cramped, although very clean. Good location close to airport. We stayed in June 2025 and it didn’t appear to have an actual spa with massage services. Rather, they had a massage therapist come to our room. I would have much rather preferred an actual spa. Nice lobby.

Desperately trying to be a 5 star and barely making 2 in my opinion. Rate was significantly reduced. Luckily as if I had paid what it said it was I would have asked for a refund.
Staff harrass you everytime you walk in like sales people or something despite me telling them every single time I’m not interested they do it time and time again.
Unorganised. I was fast asleep and the door bell rang 3 times time after time I open it and it’s the supervisor of house keeping wanting to know if my room was cleaned??!!
Why on earth don’t they know this! It was and I was jet lagged and tired, very disgruntled that this was so important to wake me up. Similarly 20 minutes before checkout time continuous ringing of the phone. I answered to be told check out is soon! I already know!!
Lastly the corridors stink of mold, they have one dehumidifier for the 100m of length which clearly don’t cut it.
Terrible hotel and highly do not recommend ever staying here. It’s not close to nothing and it certainly is no where near a 5 star hotel.
