I have stayed here approximately 17 times. Unfortunately, the breakfast is always cold in the extensive buffet area. Many foods, but eggs, bacon, sausages, etc., are always cold. This is a health hazard. I have mentioned this many times to staff, but the beds and room are very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the food.

On my first trip to Manila, I chose Grand Westside Manila Bay because it's close to the airport. The rooms are nice and clean, and the gym and swimming pool are well-maintained. The breakfast menu, especially the salad menu, is top-notch. There's a shuttle bus to the airport and Mall of Asia. Recommended. Housekeeping needs to be improved.

The facilities were good as the hotel is quite new. The pool was lovely and clean. There is a gym and sauna. The staff was courteous and attentive. The room is standard and smaller than expected, but it was tidy and smells fresh. The breakfast buffet is good; the selection is mostly the same for the whole stay (4 days). As for the restaurant/cafe menus, it was on the pricier side, so it's good that the hotel was near malls. Overall, the stay was great and comfortable.

Room was clean though a bit small, but every area is functional. Facilities were great. Food is okay but a bit expensive for its serving but really good. Note that the pool is not heated but was great, there's a pool for kids also, but tables and chairs around the pool were limited. Overall, still a great experience. Might consider going back.
