I stayed in the executive suite for two nights upon arrival to Manila and two nights prior to leaving Manila. The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful and the morning buffet was exceptional. The staff at the pool bar were very polite and the pool is very clean as is the gym equipment. We’ll stay here again if needed.

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. Very easy and convenient access to the airport. Great surroundings and very nice breakfast with lots of food varieties. Very clean hotel and very pleasant staff. The room itself were slightly small. Good restaurant options for dining in. Great security. Overall an excellent stay!

Everything about this hotel was excellent 👌. The staff were extremely helpful with a late checkout, (we arrived at 4am due to flight delays). Unfortunately we woke up too late for the breakfast buffet, but we are looking forward to trying it, as this hotel will be our "go too" hotel for now on, while in Manila. 5 🌟 well deserved!

The room is tiny. Our 6 luggages left us small space in the doorway. The free shuttle from the airport schedule is not being followed. They left their customers stranded at Bay 10. We payed extravagantly for the breakfast.

Upon arrival staff are accommodating and the lobby is vibrant. Staff are very friendly and hospitable everywhere you meet them. Amenities are very accessible especially the pool. Highly recommend this hotel. It was a good experience staying here for a night. I’m surely gonna come back here.

Our stay in the hotel was magnificent. The hotel is new but there is warmth feeling radiating in the hotel. The welcoming smile and the helpfulness of everyone from the concierge, the housekeeping, the front desk and the managers. I commend the people that training them, they are doing a good job training them in proving service and the real sense of hospitality. You’re staff works as one, nobody tries to out shine the other…a simple smile in their faces showed the love and sincerity to their job. Your hotel is new but the feeling of the your service you gave us is magnificent. Keep up the good work…You’ll be GRAND in no time!!!

My wife and I stayed here for one night after a long flight to decompress before traveling the rest of the way home to Laguna. The facilities, staff, cleanliness, everything was exactly what we would expect from a quality hotel. The airport shuttle was on time and very convenient. This is a massive hotel. We did not try any of the amenities due to the one night stay and we opted to order food in rather than pay the higher prices at the in house restaurant. The next morning we took a short grab ride to the Mall of Asia. The hotel has shuttles that go to the mall but we wanted to get there a little earlier. Overall we would recommend this hotel as a great option for couples and families.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located, the staff were pleasant and the food was good. Our morning airport shuttle reservation was lost somehow. I made a reservation with the front desk and double checked with the concierge the night before yet at 7am the next morning we were not on the list so we had to get Grab to the airport cutting it a little close.

Convenient location, sumptuous breakfast buffet and a very hospitable staff. The hotel is very clean and they show above and beyond customer service round the clock. It was truly a wonderful stay. I was hoping for the room to be bigger for 3 people but everyone was very accommodating.
