My request for 1 double was not responded to. The staff said they cannot view requests in their system. Really? I understand that all available rooms are two beds (no possibility for upgrades) but it would have been better that I was informed beforehand so expectations can be managed. There is no elevator and no one to assist you in carrying a heavy luggage up and down the stairs. There is no heater do you have to survive bathing in cold water. The water pipes are very, very visible in my room ' s ceiling. There is no TV, too. I booked for 3 days and checked out after the first night even if I have already paid in advance because staying there is just not worth it.

During the 5 day 4 night stay, the room was never cleaned, rubbish was never removed. Fairly clean hotel. unfortunately sometimes you can't have breakfast because there are no workers in the kitchen😂
