It was on a good location, unfortunately, the room was gloomy and doesn't look clean. It looks really old and does need a major renovation. Most importantly, they don't have a hot and cold shower, which is a non-negotiable thing for me when looking for a hotel.

It was the worst hotel ever. The room is way too warm and there was nothing that they could do about it. The staff especially the reception peeps does not show any concern at all to our grievances. Had I not booked this online. I would have cancelled our stay.

I don't have a long socket for Power Banks outlets or a cellphone, my TV is remote but it doesn't work ... I wasn't even given a bathroom towel. When I ask that nothing is available it's running out. It was also dark in the room. Not that accomodating guy from that guy.
