Minibar fridge very noisy (probably needs replaced). Kept waking us up over and over every night of our stay.
The pool waterfall is out of service - sad.
Older hotel, but still okay; not worth the price, in our opinion.

The WaterFront hotel is a huge immaculate spacious area, very beautiful decorated building with a gambling casino, I enjoyed my stay there the morning breakfast buffet is simply amazing, miss Catherine and her crew greet you each morning with a worm smile. The month of May it's Really crowded, with graduations every weekend though, staff are ready friendly also has a good Gym and Pool, I had a little trouble checking out though but manager solve the issue, will definitely stay again.

waterfront, like all hotels, likes to host big events. Unfortunately, they allowed prom night to overwhelmed the hotels facilities. The lobby was crowded and loud, the elevators could not accommodate the amount of guests for the event. restaurants were unavailable due to this crowding a hotel should not allow an event to disrupt a high paying customers experience.

I like the employees, the front desk staffs, the bellmen, the housekeeping, the manger were awesome. The unique of this property are cockroaches, the safety issues with floor carpet that was done poorly, the protruding metal and loose nails that was placed on the edge of the carpet near the door entrance, the fly that almost land on my food when I was eating in lobby lounge.
The manager came to me and apologized about my experience and he moved me to deluxe room which was way better.

First, I will never stay here again. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the casino. The hotel itself is subpar. I have never heard of a cash upfront deposit, it’s always a hold on a credit card. Toilet was clogged. Took over a hour and 3 calls to get anyone to fix it. It would be nice to put a plunger in the room. As we were checking out they said we were mission a face cloth, who steals a facecloth. We booked a ride to the airport earlier in the week and as we were leaving they wanted us to pay for the ride we got from the airport to the hotel. We never got one. We had a family member drop us off at the hotel. The hotel guy said he as to check, I told him that was his problem and I’m leaving or going to miss my flight.

Our baby was fussy so we didn’t get to sleep until 1 am. Then the room next door came back at 4 am and extremely noisy. Had friends of theirs ring our doorbell 20 times in a few seconds! Called front desk to complain and they just said security guard roaming around

This is a nice place.. and you enjoy the casino all.comveniently located in 1 building.
Our room was 1037 was a normal room with ample of space.. bathroom was alright but i must admit being a grand building the bathroom was a little average and quite poor workmanship tbh.
Staff was great and always ready to help.
