The hotel had only just reopened since being sold. Rooms were okay but the exterior of the hotel needs refurbishing badly. The area around the hotel is also very run down.

Lovely just what we expected for this area we would recommend it but North America visitors have to modify their expectations. It is a working class port limited for the season but we enjoyed the people very much !

The hotel staff are great, friendly and helpful. Not their fault but AC was broken so they upgraded us, although ac in that room also not working.bathroom had mold in tub/shower area. Decent hotel in need of some upgrades.

Never go here. Isabelle the manager is the rudest hotel person I have met. The hotel was not at all like advertised. No AC, no restaurant, pool was a disaster. The manager and staff could not have cared less about the guests.

It was not the best of locations but okay.
They charged me 20 e per night for my service dog. I read that it is not legal to charge for service animals in the EU.
Breakfast was good. The pool area was not taken care of. Weeds were tall and unkept.

Fantastic boutique hotel, staff are excellent, welcoming, responsive and proud of the hotel. Parking is good, breakfast is good and the location is within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and choose to stay there again if I'm in the area.

Small thin pillows and the cheapest toilet paper ever made
Was above standards when it was built 70 years ago but has never had the bathroom or anything else updated. The staff was very nice.

Beautiful property in an ok area. Very well maintained and child friendly. Staff was awesome as was the breakfast that was included. The pools were clean and the different areas to rest and relax within the property were immaculate. We would definitely stay here again.

An excellent hotel. Hospitality was 10/10. Extremely comfortable bed, fantastic meals at the restaurant. The pool is lovely. Amenities like a children's section to play and a gym are also a big plus. The hostesses are outstanding. It's worth spending a day or more here to rest.

We were charged 2 extra beds when there was NOTHING in our reservation mentioning it. I was very dissatisfied with the attitude of the hotel because I showed my reservation and even did a simulation of a booking in front of the manager to show that there was nothing mentioning extra fees and they charged it the same way. I did a complaint to the authorities. Dora in our check in was the most sweet and gentle host.
