The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was as expected. The location is in the city centre and 2-3 mins walk from the main pedestrianised street, 5 mins walk from the main square and 15-20 mins walk from Braga football stadium. The only problem was the uninviting and not plentiful breakfast. There was only cereal, pain au chocolat (no croissants), dry pastel de nata (I avoided), cheese, fatty ham, warm yoghurts, bread and jams.

The heater didn’t warm the room. The room needed updating and new paint job. The window had a lot of condensation on it. The breakfast didn’t really have much to choose from.

Mould in the bathroom and in the room itself. Very disappointed in this hotel and that Expedia would offer this property. I was also charged at check in for having 2 children with me even though I declared them when I made the reservation through Expedia. I had to pay an additional €63 euros at check in. I’ll never stay here again. Absolutely horrific. Stayed at an Ibis in Lisbon and it was a night and day experience. Much better! This hotel is simply not good.

The rooms were cleaned daily but the hotel stated laundry and I assumed it was a coin operated facility but it's not. You can pay to send your laundry out for washing. This should have been specified.because I was expecting to wash my clothing. There's a laundromat nearby but hotel should be more specific.
