I was unaware that Lisbon taxis only take cash. When I arrived at the hotel, the driver went in to ask if they could put the fare on my bill as some hotels do. They said no. The driver then had to take me to an atm, which cost me another six euros. It was disappointing that the hotel would not help me in this way.

Room generally was pretty spartan and small with low, inconvenient bedside tables, shark edges to bedsteads and a goofy fold-up shelf. Lobby had an unappealing spruced-up warehouse look.

I’ve stayed in a few Moxy hotels and they are always pleasant! Not fussy, just a nice simple room and friendly staff. Lisboa is no different, great location, great amenities near by, clean and mostly comfortable. The bed was weirdly firm, but not in a good way! That is the only complaint, every thing else is great.

The funky and stylish atmosphere made it a standout among other hotels. Check-in and checkout were fast and efficient, with English-speaking staff. The location was directly across from the Oriente bus hub and metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and catching a bus to other parts of Portugal. With a large mall and grocery store nearby, everything I needed was within easy reach. Although the area around the bus station might feel a bit sketchy, I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. The hotel's unique and vibrant design extended to both the rooms and common areas, creating a fun and memorable environment. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind experience in a prime location. I also want to mention that I called down with an issue with the AC and found it only blows out warm air at night so they brought a fan for me - the service going above and beyond

Excellent hotel and staff. I just didn’t like the inappropriate photos displayed in the lift that I can qualify as indecent. These are probably photos from the parent company Marriott. Parents with kids should avoid this hotel.

Nice, modern, clean, hip place. A couple of issues related to comfort though: 1- bed is almost touching the curtains by the window on one side; 2- only one small pillow supplied per guest; and 3- tiny, cramped bathroom equipped with a shower with poor water pressure and very flimsy water temperature control. No water supplied, no kettle, to tea, no fridge. In a nutshell, no comfort.

Traffic can be a nightmare if you are using a car, pay attention to the map and know that covered parking exit is at the front of the building and easy to miss. Do not try to navigate this on a weekend night, the congestion is insane.
Only complaint is that there is no access to air conditioning and even with the window ope, the room was stuffy.

Conveniently located close to the airport and walking distance to mall. Restaurants close by, but some close between the hours of 4-6 pm. Rooms are very small. Beds uncomfortable not very family oriented. Staff very cold and inattentive. Breakfast choices very limited.

Great stay. We got in early and they let us check in early. Staff was very helpful with ordering us a taxi to pick us up early the next morning. Close to train/bus station, shopping, restaurant, huge mall.

Very accessible for the nearby Oriente railway station, just a few minutes walk.
Rooms are fairly basic, but comfortable and practical. Staff friendly and check in was easy.
